ALTERNATIVE RASPBERRY AND THYME JAM | Chef Oropeza

 

INGREDIENTS

125g of frozen raspberrie

1 oz. of water

2 tsp. fresh thyme

2 Stevia ® packets

1 tbsp. chia seeds

METHOD OF PREPARATION – Time: 15min

Place the raspberries, water and thyme in a saucepan over medium heat. When the raspberries have softened, add Stevia ® and smash the fruit with a spoon. Remove from the heat, and incorporating chia seeds into the mix.

Pour the mixture into a pre-sterilized jar, cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the chia seeds to hydrate and provide the consistency of jam.

Now, enjoy with wheat toast or as part of your favorite snack.
