STRAWBERRY COCONUT MILK

INGREDIENTS

300 grams of frozen strawberries in pieces 1/2 cup coconut milk juice of 1 lemon ½ tablespoon vanilla ½ tablespoon of stevia

PREPARATION

In the blender we empty the milk with the frozen strawberries, add the lemon juice, vanilla, stevia and blend. We are going to obtain a creamy consistency, then we empty it into a bowl and put it in the freezer for approximately 1 hour. INGREDIENTS

Jelly mold Wax paper kiwi in pieces 1 liter of water Strawberries in pieces Diced raspberries Blueberries 1 envelope sugar-free strawberry jelly

PREPARATION

We take our mold and place a strip of waxed paper at the bottom, empty the fruit into pieces into the mold to taste. In a pot we empty the water and heat over low heat, when the water begins to boil we empty the gelatin envelope, let it heat for about 2 minutes and turn off. Let cool a little for a few minutes and pour into the mold until the fruit is covered, cover our mold and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour. INGREDIENTS

1 extended baking pan Wax paper 3 cups of chopped strawberries ¼ cup monk fruit or stevia ¼ cup Tajín chili powder Juice of 3 lemons

PREPARATION

In the blender we add the strawberries, chili powder, the sweetener of our preference (monk fruit or stevia) the lemon juice and blend. In our mold we extend the waxed paper, empty the mixture and spread it all over the waxed paper until obtaining a thin layer. Preheat the oven to 80 degrees and bake for 6 hours, remove until the mixture is dry and cut in half with a knife, then roll up along with waxed paper.
