Almost 400 million people worldwide live with diabetes, of which a large percentage reside in Mexico.
This month we encourage you to know more about this disease and how to prevent it. Every little change counts, from a slight change in your breakfast choice to scheduling five minutes of physical activity into your day. Gradually we can create new habits that will help us to eliminate the risks of diabetes.
