If you have a craving but want to take care of yourself, make these rich and simple low-fat tamales with cottage cheese, zucchini and carrot.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of cottage cheese
1/4 cup carrot grated
1/4 cup zucchini, grated
Tamale leaves
1 tablespoon of salt

Soak the tamale leaves in warm water until soft, pour the water out and pat dry. In a bowl add the cottage cheese with the carrot and the grated zucchini, then
mix.

We take a tamale leaf and put about two tablespoons of the mixture and tie by folding the sides and the bottom of the leaf, exposing the top so that it can
breathe.
