3 Healthy Non-alcoholic Cocktails
The mocktails consist of being a simulated non-alcoholic cocktail, composed of infusions of
fruits, herbs and juices. They are ideal to share in a meeting with friends and family since they
are for all ages. We share 3 recipes to enjoy these delicious drinks and at the same time take
care of your health.
Kiwi Mint
INGREDIENTS
5 kiwis 6 mint leaves
Mineral water Cinnamon powder to taste
Juice of 1 lemon Ice
PREPARATION
We start by peeling the kiwis, empty them into the blender and blend with a splash of water until we achieve a fine puree consistency. Wash the mint leaves and chop 3 leaves, strain the kiwi and serve in the cups or glasses that we are going to use.
Add the chopped mint and finish filling the glasses or cups with the mineral water, add cinnamon to taste, decorate with the remaining mint leaves and enjoy!

Berry lemonade
INGREDIENTS
1 cup raspberries ½ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon of stevia Mineral water
Ice Lemon slices (decoration)
Rosemary (decoration) Raspberries (decoration)
PREPARATION
In a bowl add the raspberries and mash them with the help of a fork until they are pureed, strain the puree into a glass and reserve the juice. If we have a cocktail shaker or in a glass we add the raspberry juice, the lemon juice, the stevia and the ice. Mix well, serve in our cup or glass and add mineral water.
We can decorate with lemon slices, a rosemary wand and raspberries, add ice and cheers!

San Francisco Mocktail
INGREDIENTS
1 cup orange juice 30 ml lemon juice
60ml pineapple juice 30ml peach juice
30ml pomegranate juice Ice
Orange slices to decorate Cherries
PREPARATION
If we have a cocktail shaker or in a glass we add the orange juice, the lemon, pineapple and peach juice. Shake or mix with a spoon until the juices are well mixed.
To serve, pour a little pomegranate juice into the cup or glass that we are going to use, add ice and pour the juices that we mix. Decorate with orange slices and add cherries.
